MTA offers a wide variety of services that can assist the healthcare facility to keep compliant with current codes and regulations.
Maintenance
Programs designed to maintain your vacuum pump, medical air compressor system and medical gas manifolds are available. Scheduled maintenance is normally based on each vacuum pump and air compressor specifications and manufacturers recommendations.
Repair
Service is available by MTA factory trained technicians who can repair most brands of Laboratory and Pharmacy Biological Safety Cabinets, including motors, switches, lights, HEPA filter units and filter replacement, plus vacuum pumps, medical air compressors, manifolds, medical gas & vacuum regulators, alarms systems, and most other medical gas pipeline related equipment. MTA also offers vacuum pump and/or medical air compressor rebuild service on site or off-site.
Installation
For all medical gas pipeline source equipment, medical gas and vacuum systems and retro-fit outlets are directly available through MTA supplied contractors. Larger pipeline installations are also available through MTA’s list of Mechanical Contractors that work in concert with MTA from the design to the final certification of the project. MTA also specializes in clean room design build and install.
Shutdown & Back Feed Management
For any size medical gas pipeline shutdown is available through MTA and their experienced technicians that can both supervise and personally execute your next scheduled medical gas shut-down.
Annual Preventive Maintenance Contacts
MTA offers numerous types of maintenance contracts that can prevent unexpected loss of service, reduce emergency repairs, trouble shoot system operating problems and minimize risk of liability.
Rebuild of Medical Air Compressors & Vacuum Pumps
MTA’s factory trained technicians can cost effectively rebuild any type and brand of medical air compressors and vacuum pumps.
